Anthony Martin Paulo (#35516680) was born on January 16, 1922 in Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Ohio as the youngest son of Polish imigrants.

The 1930 Census listed Anthony M. Paulo with his parents Stanley Paulo and Helen (Spoust) Paulo and siblings. He had three older brothers, Joseph, Edward and Louis Paulo all born in Poland.

He had two years of college education and his civilian occupation was "Semiskilled machine shop and related occupations n.e.c.". He lived in Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Ohio until he entered the service as a draftee on October 13, 1942 at Cleveland, Ohio.

Company Order No.3 from Company C, 329th Infantry, dated August 1, 1944 listed Anthony Paulo as promoted from Private to Private First Class. A few days he later he was Lightly Wounded in Action (LWA) on August 4, 1944. The Morning Report from August 5, 1944 tells he was transferred to the 104th Evac Hosp after that. He rejoined his Company on August 24, 1944 when they were in the Bauge area, Angers, France.

After the war, Anthony's occupation was as an organist at various churches and he married Lillian T. Paulo (1925 - 1991). Anthony died at age 73, on November 22, 1995 in the Southwest General Hospital in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. His last know residence was at Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
